i rendering inc uses various techniques in creating aerial renderings. the mediums
range from marker and ink to full digital airbrushing as well as digitally inserting materials, backgrounds,
and graphic media. the project begins with a digital aerial site plan or floor plan. Next, the line work is
converted into the look of a hand sketched line, and finally the desired medium is implemented.
